All accepted orders include free standard shipping.

We do not add an undisclosed standard packaging or handling charge after purchase.

Stop using any bowl, plate or other tableware item that is cracked, chipped or structurally damaged.

12. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible products benefit from our additional 30-day voluntary return period.

EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

13. Legal Guarantee

EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

If goods are defective or do not match their contractual description, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination and refund.

Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights.

14. Accounts and Website Security
